Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic Orders (Finland) : 2–4 business days
• EU Orders: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as customs delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to update.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. Please note that for international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
